In order to offer customer a suitable packing solution, we will talk carefully with customer to know their requirement, such as their products, capacity, packing style, pouch shape, pouch size, packing speed and accuracy, etc. if necessary ,we can visit customer’s factory with engineer for check products and workshop face to face, then our engineers can design a satisfactory and reasonable production line for customers.
Engineer will make a reasonable design drawing after collect all requirements from customer, sales team will make detailed machine quotations according this drawing, also offer the machine pictures and videos which got from similar case we did before ,to show customer a direct impression of our solution.
We do our after-sale service in 3 steps:
1) we offer detailed machine specifications to customer;
2)we help customer to solve problems by using video and picture through chat tools ;
3)we send engineer to customer’s company for machine installation and testing and worker training if customer required, our after-sale service is 24 hours ,holidays are as usual, we must be responsible for every process, every product and every user!
